Submit your photos for a chance to be published in the chamber’s marketing efforts! The Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce aims to showcase the variety of activities our community and Thousand Islands Region has to offer visitors and residents alike.

Amateur and professional photographers are welcome!  Photos demonstrating people enjoying local activities ad events, outdoor adventure, boating, sunset and landscape photos are also highly welcomed. High resolution images are required to be considered on the front page of next year’s visitor’s guide!

If you were a visitor, where would you go? Be a tourist in your own backyard, and share the moments for our visitors to see. All photographers will be given printed credit for their submissions if selected to be placed in our guide. The grand prize winner will be featured as the cover photo for our Facebook page!  The visitors guide is seen by people across the globe and is view-able online at as well as via distribution of 60,000+ printed copies across the United States and Canada!

By submitting photos via our website or email, you authorize the Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce to have full commercial use of all photos submitted to the chamber. These intended uses include but are not limited to publication on all social media accounts, all digital and printed publications, promotions and advertisements etc. on behalf of the chamber.

I understand that I will retain ownership of said photos but release photo permission to the Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce for the intended purposes outlined in this release.

I authorize the chamber of commerce to copy, edit, crop or otherwise alter any photo in their publication of these photos.

When possible, photo credit will accompany the photo, although this cannot always be guaranteed in some advertising mediums.

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the photos.

I hereby release the Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce and its legal representatives for all claims and liabilities relating to all images submitted.

I have carefully read, understood and agree to all the provisions of this photo permission form.
