Event Details

If you or someone you know is experiencing memory loss or behavioral changes, it’s time to learn the facts. This program discusses the difference between normal aging and dementia, explores how the brain works, defines dementia and its stages, explains the importance of clinical trials, and gives an overview of the programs and services offered by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Provided by the Alzheimer’s Association, CNY Chapter, this program is one hour long and is intended for individuals and caregivers impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or other form of dementia, as well as anyone interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s disease.

We ask that all guests to our public education programs register in advance. Not only does this help to plan whether to bring 15 or 50 copies of our materials, but it also allows us to contact you in case weather or other emergency forces us to cancel the program. Unfortunately, programs with minimal registrations will have to be cancelled. If you do not register, you are still welcome to attend, but please contact us to confirm that the program is still scheduled. (315) 472-4201 ext. 100
